Vegan Chocolate Mousse - super yummy and easy

Vegan Chocolate Mouse

This is delicious and super satisfying. Feel free to alter the amounts to get to the taste you prefer. It mixes up really quickly in the blender and then just needs some time in the fridge to set.


  • 1 small package of soft tofu (approx. 12 oz) – organic sprouted if possible
  • 3-4 Medjool dates – soaked in boiling water for 15+ minutes to soften and then dried in paper towel before adding to the blender
  • 2-3 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 tsp of either almond, vanilla or orange extract depending on your mood

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 cups or small bowls, cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours. You can top them with fresh berries of your choice. Enjoy!
